We worked with the team at JGT to create a Mobile app, as well as improve our existing website, with the objective of enhancing our customer service offering through providing a more complete digital experience across web and mobile.
As a distributor and partner for multiple brands in the industrial markets, we wanted to give our customers the choice of how they find all of our product and service information, including technical documentation, but also to provide an individualised experience for each user, whilst gathering live data and insights into how we can improve internally, save money, and increase sales over the long term.
As technology has advanced, we have been able to work with JGT to continually improve what we are offering our customers, and we are very pleased with how we have managed to not only grow our business but nurture our existing customer base through the platforms and tools JGT have worked with us to develop.
